Buyer who wants shipping but to pay as local pickup? So no shipping label available then...?
Hello, my buyer wants shipping, but he made a mistake and paid as if it were an in-person pickup. What should I do? He insists that I send it to him, but he hasn't paid the shipping fees, so I can't print a shipping label.... What should I do please???

·3 weeks agoI'm going to Mondial Relay because I linked my eBay account and I can see his phone number, and I call to ask for a transfer of the fees: it's quick because otherwise most of them never reply to messages

There’s no other solution than to cancel the transaction and redo it with the appropriate shipping method.
