My bank card expired at the end of June 2024.

I received my new card, which I activated at the bank on July 1st.

I want to add this new card to ebay (in place of the old one), where it is clearly marked in red "EXPIRE"

but when I enter all the information related to this new card, everything is OK until I’m told that I have to enter an internet purchase code that I will receive by mail? What is this and where do I find this code? Without it, I can’t validate my new card.
