Waiting for payment for an item sold
I am the seller, the item was delivered properly (verification with Colissimo La Poste) but the buyer still has not marked the item as delivered......As a result, I get the impression that my payment cannot be made. Can you help me please

·7 months agoIt's not delivery that triggers payment (besides, the "delivered" status updates automatically, but often with delays, and that's not up to the buyer):

The hold comes from the fact that you're a new seller.
