I've been waiting for a payment for over 15 days, and I want to make it clear that everything in my file is in order. As long as this payment isn't made, I won't put any more items up for sale. Thank you for your response

if you don't want to put items up for sale anymore, then don't put any up !!!!
when you don't receive the money from a sale, you open a dispute, if only to recover the fees that ebay is going to charge you on that sale
because whether they get paid or not, they're going to get paid
