Hello
My EBay account is restricted and a sum of €380 is being withheld.
They are asking me for proof of the origin of items I sold that I can’t provide.
I’ve been sent the same message 3 times for this proof request!
I’m lost
I’m afraid eBay will steal my money from me
Can someone help me?

what you don't say is whether you replied to those eBay messages or not?
It's very likely that following a report, eBay suspects that you have undeclared professional activity.

So it’s obvious that you’re not going to “store” invoices indefinitely for every object/toy/etc. that you buy in a lifetime..
if you paid by PayPal, for ex.. you might be able to find a transaction... Same if you bought on eBay ...
Go back over each item that was the subject of this check and possibly explain whether it’s a gift... a purchase from a yard sale or something else...
A professional seller has proof obligations that a private seller does not have (unless there is concealed activity, which is another problem...)
