I got the price of 30 USD from the buyer but at the time of payment it is still the old price of 36 USD that is being requested.
Can you tell me what needs to be done because the buyer is not restoring the agreed price.

the 6 USD added to the price are added by the site, not by the seller.
it's the 20% VAT that you have to pay for importation

You’re probably talking about the seller..
Maybe it’s the price with taxes.. Hard to say because this is a forum and only the seller can fix the problem.. Contact them again.

You’ll find the VAT included in the order total at checkout. You can view and download a tax invoice on the Order details page in Purchase history.
Unless otherwise stated, eBay applies discounts to the order total after calculating VAT.
