hello I have a problem with a seller who is not replying to messages since my package hasn't even been sent yet even though I should already have it in hand, the cancellation tells me it's too late.... what should I do? thanks

thanks everyone I was refunded by Paypal, ( thank goodness they're there ... ) as for Ebay that was my last transaction with them ! second time I've been had that's enough !
