I’m looking for a link to contact eBay customer service, payments and refunds section...
I’m a professional seller.
I sold an item. The delivery took a long time. The buyer opened a dispute. I refunded the buyer on the last day. I was charged. The dispute is closed. The parcel arrived with the buyer. They have not been refunded. I would like to be refunded for my refund.
