Fees charged for no reason
Hello,
I’m new to eBay and I’m not connected all the time.
eBay just charged me commissions on an item that was sold and then refunded, and they won’t reimburse me.
I find this dishonest on the part of customer service.
Have you also had disappointing experiences with this service?
I get the impression that this site is not reliable

In some cases, the commission is still due.
