Account blocked for 2 months – Case [Deleted] resolved, action required
Summary: shopolia explains that they’ve been having problems with their seller account "shopolia" ever since a purchase failed, despite refunding the buyer and cancelling the bank dispute. The account remains restricted with €3,000 frozen, even though they provided all the necessary documents and both parties confirmed the dispute cancellation. Attempts to resolve it through customer service have been unsuccessful, and shopolia is looking for advice on how to unblock their account.
Hello,
I am currently dealing with a blocking issue with my seller account “shopolia” and I would need some clarification or help.
Here are the facts:
* On February 20, 2026, I fully refunded a buyer before any dispute was opened
* On March 6, 2026, this buyer still opened a dispute with their bank (chargeback)
* Since then, my account has been restricted and about €3000 is blocked
For more than two months now:
* I have provided all the requested documents
* I have added all the tracking numbers
* eBay support confirmed that the refund was indeed processed
* The buyer also confirmed by message that they canceled their bank dispute
Despite this, the situation is still blocked.
Consequences:
* My business has completely stopped
* I had to cancel several orders in progress
* My account remains restricted with no clear solution
I have contacted customer support several times, but the answers vary (documents, tracking, checks), without any concrete resolution.
My question is simple:
In this kind of situation, what is the process to unblock an account when:
* the customer has been refunded
* the bank dispute has been canceled
* all the requested actions have been completed ?
Thanks in advance for your help or any feedback from your experience.
