Hello,
Ebay is asking me to change or update my bank information in order to be able to send me my available funds from sales made. Having changed it several times, I’ve noticed that I still have this block, and while trying to find more information, I found that I need to provide proof of my identity. But I can’t find a tab/page where I can send this info. And as an added complication, being Swiss, I’m registered under Ebay CH, which is only in German (phone support as well).
Could you help me find the Ebay page for submitting identity verification or an email address so I can write to someone?

There is no email address for customer service; you have to go through the contact links found right at the bottom of the help pages.
