Unlocking an available amount

We are unable to unblock the payout of a transaction that took place on May 5, 2024.
After repeatedly updating our bank account, which of course does not change from one time to the next, we do not understand the micropayment system in trying to unblock the payout.
Could you help us?

only customer service has access to your account data and will be able to tell you what's "sticking".
