Bonjour, on September 6 I buy a computer for 400 euros. The listing seemed to match but the item never arrived, the seller never gave any sign of life. Forced to wait until September 17 to file a dispute for "order never arrived", knowing that he had NEVER sent this package. It is the 17th and I still can't open a dispute. Is that because the site follows an American schedule? What is left to do otherwise?
