Hello I recently sold an item on eBay but it shows payment pending, the buyer says he paid for the item and that I need to give him the tracking number so the payment can be released, is the eBay address real? accredited@post.com a
He tells me that once I give him the shipping number the funds are released.

if the payment is shown as pending, it means your buyer hasn't paid.
Contact Ebay customer service to sort it out, because none of this is clear at all (including the email) ...

If the buyer has made the payment, eBay sends you an email to tell you that you can proceed with shipping ...If you haven’t received anything, that means the buyer is trying to pull a fast one on you .
On the 5th day without payment, you cancel the transaction ..
