Ebay Nightmare to get paid for Selling Expensive Goods
I have been trying to get paid for an expensive item since two weeks, Have spent endless hours with lame, robitic support stuff, and Still payment rejected, after manually uploading AGAIN and AGAIN the Actual Account WISE - (part of Ebay!!) details. Managers to solve problems dont talk - they send emails --Selling on Ebay (not reccomented) unless some senior staff member actually knows how to act upon - professional customer service . Frustrted Seller

to my knowledge, Wise is not accepted for payouts.
The only exception concerns pro sellers using a Wise Business account tied to a company based in the United Kingdom.
Small clarification: Wise has no ownership link with eBay. They are two completely independent companies.

OP1 week agoThanks but not thanks. WISE is listed as a Banks selection when seeking Payment. NO mention of Pro or not (or) I should be listed as such! :(

Nothing is stopping you from switching your personal account to a business account:
"Switch to a business account
If you want to use a business bank account to sell on eBay, you need to sign up with a business account. If you are registered as an individual, follow these steps to switch to a business account :
Go to My eBay and select Account.
Select Contact info, then Edit next to Account type.
Select Confirm to switch to a business account and enter the required information.
Once you have switched to a business account, you may need to provide additional verification information. If we need to verify any information, we’ll send you an email and place a banner in Seller Hub to let you know what to do next."
