edit a return slip ITALY FRANCE
I am a seller. The buyer is requesting a return, but those incompetent people at eBay require the seller to generate the return label. Except I'm not Italian, I don't have a Poste Italiane account, and I can't generate the return slip. The buyer refuses to do it in exchange for a refund for it. Does anyone have a solution?

Have you explained to your buyer that the labels you can make will only be in French and that the Italian post office will refuse them outright because of a language issue and maybe also because of the carrier.
Suggest that they give you the amount of the shipping costs and you advance them the sum via Paypal or other so that they don’t have to pay anything themselves.
On the other hand, it would be good to contact Customer Service to explain your problem and ask for help...
- preferably do this during office hours and ask to be called back----> eBay Customer Service
