You are not allowed to leave a positive with a negative comment (since buyers can only receive positives, it's therefore best to refrain from leaving one).
Some clever guys have fun filing a claim for not received: tracking shows ok But since we can't prove that the letter was actually put in their mailbox, eBay asks for proof from the post office by asking whether or not it was properly put in the mailbox!! The post office doesn't have that kind of information... so yes I leave feedback to warn other sellers... I have to take photos of the envelopes etc .. and the scam is happening more and more because I'm not the only one I've won my claims in the past...
So they block all the money for that... I've been fighting for 15 days and every time they don't know.. I even got: it was a mistake...!
En passant: **bleep**: more than 700 positive reviews, not a single negative one **bleep**: more than 150, not a single negative one Catawiki: more than 150, not a single negative one !!!
I call every day, even twice... no one gives me the same answer!!! I have orders to send... I have to pay out of my own pocket, let's not overdo it... I'll probably end up reimbursing everything with the blocked funds...

·1 year agoIn my opinion, the source of the problem comes from the feedback you leave...

no need to highlight your account the way you do... We have eyes; we can see.
You had a first eBay review and it seems that during it they detected anomalies. So in fact, it’s taking longer than initially expected.
Once again, we do not have access to this information, so we won’t be able to do anything.
Only eBay will be able to tell you more.

"I have a business to run!!"
And you are registered as an individual...
Whether that's where the problem comes from or not, in any case you'll have to wait...
Have a good rest of your day!
