Hello,
I sold an item on August 28, but as of today my funds are still on hold.
The item was sent and I even received a positive rating from the buyer. However, they have not confirmed delivery and are not responding to my messages. (I did not add a tracking number because it is not a physical item.)
Order details:

Shipment made on August 28

Estimated delivery date for the buyer: September 8 to 19, 2025

The order status is still “Shipped”, even though it is the 20th
Being back on the platform after a long break, I’m wondering:
→ Should I wait 30 days after the sale to receive my funds, or should I contact customer support directly?

The payment delay is indeed longer when there is no tracking number, but it will still be made as long as the buyer does not report a problem within 30 days .

Do it during business hours if possible and ask to be called back.
But since it's downloadable content, there shouldn't have been any shipping listed... (free or not...)
- it misleads the bots...
