Hello, I’m new to eBay, I need help when I make a sale, I clearly note that I put Mondial Relay shipping fees at 2,78€ payable by the buyer once my sale has been made, the buyer pays me eBay tells me to buy the delivery slip. What does that mean do I pay something thank you for your help.

Yes, you have to pay the shipping slip.
When you receive the eBay payment corresponding to this sale, you will be credited with the amount of the item + shipping costs - any fees due.

Indeed, to ship you need to pay the delivery fees, but you are not required to use the site’s shipping service.
