Commission fees
Summary: selecta972 sold a phone on eBay, but the buyer canceled the sale almost immediately because of an incorrect delivery address. Despite the cancellation, eBay charged a commission of €46. selecta972 doesn’t understand why this amount is due, since the fault lies with the buyer. lingma85 suggested reviewing the fees on eBay and contacting customer support to sort out the situation.
I am contacting you today.
Having put my phone up for sale. The buyer bought my phone (buy it now). A few minutes later he asked to cancel the sale because of the wrong delivery address. We exchanged messages via eBay. So I accepted the cancellation of the sale.
eBay takes a commission of €46 on €460. I don't understand why I have to pay this amount. I didn't ask for anything.
So the buyer will be fully refunded even though he made the mistake.
Kind regards

Worth looking into more closely regarding the fees claimed by the site--> Fee credits | eBay
It depends on the reason given....
You can contact Customer Service here---> eBay Customer Service preferably during business hours and ask to be called back.
Kind regards
