a German buyer placed an order for several items but is unable to pay for it through the eBay interfaces, card, PayPal, etc.....
who has had the same situation,? eBay tells me everything seems normal on my side
perhaps due to a mix in the order between auction and Buy It Now that creates this problem of being unable to pay for the order and of combining it for delivery ?

You only offer Mondial Relay as a carrier...
- Could that be the cause of your German buyer's payment being blocked..?
Mondial Relay doesn't deliver to Germany..
Update your delivery methods----> Update your shipping options | eBay

You must be confusing it with another destination, mondial relay does deliver to Germany.
