I’m afraid this is only a consequence of what you described in this message-------->
unable to register bank card sale fees | Payment | eBay France
and that Customer Service is unable to reply to you and has "blocked" your phone number so as not to be bothered anymore.
If it still doesn’t get unblocked... you’ll have to move up a gear, namely file a complaint for withholding funds and/or inability to fix their operational bugs...

OP3 months ago · Editedit's weird because one time it works and then after it doesn't, anyway they're nowhere near winning the game that's for sure and certain, they know me very badly. already they have no right to block a customer on the phone

check whether, as a guest (so not logged into your account), you also get this message.
Also test it with a device that has an IP address different from the one you usually use.
