impossible to register bank card sales fees
hello I've had a problem since last Thursday I wanted to register my new bank card for sales fees, and the payment is blocked
it tells me we were unable to verify your card, ( my bank details are correct ) and for buying it works without any problem I went to my bank everything works on their side , I tried on 4 different browsers ( still the same )
on 2 pcs , 2 laptops , nothing works I contacted ebay , and they either pass the buck but no one is able to find the problem. result payment blocked
it's becoming unbearable because I need my funds

It might not be a bad idea to keep contacting Customer Service continuously until they unblock your funds... even if that means threatening legal action..
Also check eBay Facebook to contact an advisor who isn't a robot..!

OP1 month agoI have it and called 10 times today (so 5 times he calls and there’s nobody on the other end of the line, what a joke) then I end up with advisors who tell me things like I need to register another bank card (knowing that the law is one bank card per bank for one account) or else they tell me there are fees to pay (nonsense, there are no fees, I’ve been selling every day for 4 years and the fees are automatically taken in their commission and I don’t even have any fees shown) still the same problem when I register my card: either I get a Secu Pass from my bank that is accepted, and then a message says please check the information, or sometimes not even a Secu Pass and still the same message. I told them I was going to file a complaint + for moral damages, etc.... on Facebook I never found an advisor

OP1 month agoit's weird because last Friday when I called in the morning, someone from the department managed to unlock it (my funds were showing as disbursement on June 20). She told me she had done an update and at 5 p.m. that same day it got locked again.

and now the payout is blocked again, add a payment method and once again it’s impossible to add one of my 3 bank cards, it’s enough to make you bang your head against the wall, my banker is saying something completely different too and this is going to start pushing me over the edge very fast

OP2 months agohello, still the same problem, impossible to register my bank card, I called ebay again and they're jerking me around. they transfer the file to the competent level, every day they tell me that. and I find myself in a mess without my transfers

Have you tried contacting an advisor on Ebay Facebook..?
Another solution..
contact the FEVAD..
they might be able to help you deal with this deadlock

Have you already tested all the usual settings.. but have you looked at the various security checks required to "secure" your card or your eBay account..
Could there be an incompatibility in this system..? ( 3-D secure for example..)
Or else, a problem with an ad blocker that would need to be disabled..?
These are only leads.
