I sold a phone but I canceled a delivery note to create another one

I recently sold a mobile phone.
When it came time to prepare the shipment, I created the shipping label on Ebay, but I realized that my address (the seller address) was no longer correct. So I requested a refund for the shipping label from Colissimo.
After that I created a new shipping label with my correct postal address.
The problem is that the Ebay site did not take this change into account, so the phone was sent, received by the buyer who is satisfied, but he can't confirm receipt because he has the old tracking number from the old shipping label that I deleted.
So in the end the buyer's money is blocked on my account and I can't get it back. How can this problem be resolved?

"received well by the buyer who is satisfied, but he can't confirm receipt" = that procedure doesn't exist on eBay, it's not up to the buyer.
Knowing that in any case that's not what delays the payment of the funds, see this page:
