Good evening, I'm a private seller and not very comfortable with this sales site.
I sold 1 item the day before yesterday, and when I listed this item I had indicated "hand delivery".
The buyer, who didn't live near me, asked if a Colissimo shipment would be ok. The delivery was made by Colissimo with tracking.
The buyer paid, the package was delivered, but the funds are blocked because "not yet handed over in person".
What should I do?

contact customer service to find out exactly how to proceed, because the procedures for in-person handover and delivery are completely different.
