Number of transactions increasing, despite numerous sales.
Summary: jonady-30 is having a problem with his transaction counter on eBay, which stays stuck at 82 despite many sales since then. He has contacted customer service several times without a satisfactory response. koalagris suggests checking the requirements needed to reach the desired status, while francexpressdeal mentions that the stuck counter problem is known but temporary, and points out that jonady-30 is listed as a private seller rather than a professional one. jonady-30 continues to hope for a resolution before the next review.
Hello everyone.
It’s been about 10 days since my transaction count has been stuck at 82; since then I’ve sold dozens of items.
I would have liked to reach 100 to be top-rated, so I made the missing number of sales and then some. But my total no longer increases despite my daily sales.
I called eBay twice and am still waiting for their call back after 4 days....
The next review is on the 20th, and I would have liked to sort out this problem before then.
If anyone has already had this kind of problem and can help me.
Thanks in advance.

OP1 year agoEbay reminded me, I told them about the problem that my listings appear as a private seller even though I am a professional seller.
For my transaction problem, it's still the same: I am at more than 100 transactions and my counter is still stuck at 82 transactions.
I meet all the criteria to be top rated except the 100 transactions, which is still stuck at 82.
Just so you know, this week I've already completed more than 20 sales....
I've already paid more than 500 euros in transaction fees to ebay since the beginning of the month.... I really hope to see a change by August 20 before the review.

·1 year agoHello @jonady-30
it does happen that the counter for the number of transactions completed gets "stuck"... In general, it only lasts a few days. Given how important this is to you, you need to keep working on the issue with customer support.
Although this is off topic, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you appear with a "private individual" status even though you are a pro. And this appears on your shop's homepage and in the search results:
This issue has already been brought up on the forum, but there has been no response about it...

OP1 year agoI'm going to ask eBay customer service to contact me, to see with them.
Thank you very much for this information.

OP1 year agoHello
No, I'm talking about completed transactions (sales made)
10 days ago I was at 82 completed transactions on my seller status.
Today I'm still at 82 transactions even though since then I've made more than 20 sales.
I sell items almost every day.
I don't understand why this no longer increases, when before my number of transactions increased day after day and once it reached 82 it got stuck.

·1 year agoHello @jonady-30
Do you meet all of these conditions properly?

(it’s not just the 100 transactions over the last 12 months)
Regards

OP1 year agoYes, I meet all the requested conditions, except for the 100 transactions, which have been stuck at 82 for 10 days despite my many sales since then.
