Double charge of shipping fees for the same parcel + additional shipping fee supplement under M+1
Hello,
I sold 1 item in 3 months. I was charged fees for 2 shipping labels for the parcel and yesterday, a month later, I received a charge request for €1.69 for additional shipping fees for the same parcel.
How can I file a complaint and get a refund?
(I only needed one shipping label)
