On August 8, I made a purchase for which Ebay offered me payment via PayPal. I paid, and later that day the seller contacted me, saying that he didn't have a PayPal account and that he was offering me payment by check. I replied that I only used PayPal and that therefore I was canceling the sale. Since then, I am still waiting for the refund. I went to check my Ebay account and they are still waiting for Ebay to cancel the sale. It is August 18, and I should point out that the seller canceled this sale and that he never sent me the item.
