Refund

Hello,

I sold an item and the person hasn't received the item in question.

They are being insistent and I want to refund their full amount.

Thanks for helping me, this is important to me.

Hello

Just because he's being pushy doesn't mean you have to refund right away.

Start by checking the tracking before doing it..

The package may be blocked or available at the pickup point without the buyer having been informed..
