Refund impossible
I’m writing on this forum because I keep trying to refund someone using different devices and payment methods, but every time it crashes.
This site is absolutely terrible! We go through all the hassle (to put it politely) of spending an entire day trying to refund someone, and it’s impossible to contact a “real person” for help.
If anyone has ever been in this situation and knows the solution, I’d appreciate some help.

it's hard to give you a solution since your only explanation of the problem is "but every time it crashes."
As for contacting a real person, all you have to do is request a callback (link at the bottom of the page):
