eBay presents itself as an organization offering the possibility of refunds for those who do not receive the items they bought. However, my experience proved the opposite.
I personally ordered some products in November 2024 and, since that day, I have been in constant communication with several eBay representatives. I received numerous replies from people such as Rishikumar R., Mhariz V. and Jude M., but the problem still has not been resolved. Instead, I was given vague answers and empty promises.
Despite months of waiting, in April 2025, I still had not received any compensation.
Be careful when dealing with eBay. They will not refund you, and their promises are misleading. Do not trust them.

do you have problems with refunds for items you bought on ebay and never received ? or problems with buyers who tell you they haven't received the items you sold and sent them ? regards
