I'm writting this message because I need help.
I made an announcement on Ebay and others site for a car equipment. But I already sold it on a other site but someone paid me via Ebay but I didnt accepted or either receive his payment. I already messaged him by letting him know that i didnt accepted or received any payment.

You need to cancel the transaction and confirm the buyer's refund:

You should have removed the listing on eBay as soon as the item was no longer available...
