Payment of my balance impossible
Hello,
I can't get the balance from my sale paid out to my bank account. When I go to "My eBay," "account," then "payments," the "request my payouts" section is inactive. There is a red banner above that tells me to "update my account information." I updated the account and the page told me that I was now up to date. I don't know what else to do to get this money back. Thanks for helping me

·1 year agoI had the same problem, I turned weekly automatic payout back on, which I'd cancelled, and I did receive my payout today.
So, for now, turn weekly or monthly automatic payout back on and it works.
