I sold an iPhone 15 Pro 512 GB to a certain [buyer], he said that he had not received the iPhone, filed a dispute, eBay didn’t even contact me and immediately decided to refund the buyer, I asked the carrier for proof of delivery, the carrier provided it to me, I received it at the correct address, the buyer’s signature, I sent it to eBay and eBay decided to stick with their decision not to refund me, so I said I was going to file a complaint against the buyer and eBay because to me, they are accomplices, on March 8, I received an email telling me a refund in 3 to 5 days to my account, it is March 12, I still don’t have a refund, I call them and it’s like they know nothing and start the process again when they told me the refund would be by today at the latest!!!
