article hidden on the site
Summary: cdsjet77 expresses frustration about the visibility of their listing on eBay, noting that it does not appear in searches. koalagris suggests the issue could be due to a syntax error, with incorrectly placed spaces in the titles. cdsjet77 disputes this explanation, suggesting an intentional disadvantage by eBay. Several participants step in to clarify that none of them work for eBay and suggest contacting customer service for more direct assistance.
Hello, Sir or Madam,
Why can’t I find my listing on the site? It is the eBay item number: [Référence].
When I type Disney under (Drawings, Washes) nothing appears. Go figure!
If only this were an isolated case, but no, many
are the hours wasted checking whether my listing is visible, or another one, I often ask myself
the question; why do so few potential buyers look at my listing
so the counter stubbornly stays at zero, or 1 or 3, then, nothing else
for days and days. I ended up telling myself; eBay has it in for me and it removes my listing from the site.
Is that it?
Sometimes I get fed up and remove my listings before the end of the time. I’m a little frustrated to see this. I do like the layout of the listings on the site, though.
Thanks for the reply, a former eBayer . (cdsjet77)

·2 years agoGood evening @cdsjet77
Question....
- are you still having invisibility problems on the site....?
or
- is everything going normally now....?
--------------------------------------------
You write---> "You both work for eBay?, you can tell!, looking at the photos."
Bad deduction....
Actually... no... These 2 usernames are ebayers like you... no more, no less...

·2 years agoHello @cdsjet77
Put a space before AND after the ":" (basic typing rule)
because there you wrote "disney:" (all stuck together) in your announcement
that also applies to "lithography"
so it's not surprising that it doesn't show up in a search for the keyword "disney"... (any system including the : as part of the word)
best regards

OP2 years agoBut what are you looking for here? My article was supposed to appear under Drawings, Washes to finish my selection, but it isn’t there, even if I add Disney with the capital letter. For example, if I write: Books Marilyn Monroe, I think it’s clear as day, well, my book didn’t appear there. Reading you, you’d think you need to have graduated from the Sorbonne to post an ad on eBay. Of course, eBay, to cover itself, highlights a quantity of settings, so it will always have the right excuse. But the other night, I asked to see some 10 German D.M. and I ended up with a bunch of 0.10 centime, go figure who does things properly.
