I paid the sum of €1150 for a product that was debited yesterday from my bank account, for an in-person transaction, but the seller is not responding. I asked for the cancellation and still no response from the seller. My problem is that the amount has still been debited from my bank account, and no reply from eBay. Normally the seller has 3 days to approve the cancellation, but no news at all. Do you know what I should do? Thanks in advance, best regards
