Hello, I've had a seller account for quite a few years, but I haven't used it since eBay forced sellers to use its payment system. Now that most seller/buyer matchmaking sites do the same, I’m telling myself there’s no reason not to come back. To avoid eBay blocking the proceeds from my sales, I want, before listing anything, to send my bank details and my ID card. The problem is that I can't find how to send these documents. when I go to the seller HUB your preferences payout method it says no payout method available I click on the arrow to add a payout method then I click on select preferred payment method I get a small window that opens but it stays black with the title "add a payment method" and at the bottom 2 buttons "back and continue" by clicking on "continue" nothing happens and back works I go back to the hub and this time I click on payment method I get the small window that opens but this time with no buttons at all, completely black another try by going through my account account tab payment information payments cards and accounts I want to add my bank details but when I click on the "+" add cards and accounts it only lets me add a bank card. As for the identity card I found nothing. I contacted eBay by chat, it tells me to wait 1 minute, after more than an hour I still had nothing. I tried by email but they send me back to the pages above without giving me a direct link to the upload page.
