Unable to switch my personal account to a professional account

Hello, I want to convert my current eBay account from individual to business , since I am now a micro-entrepreneur. In My eBay > Account > Personal information , my account type is indeed listed as “Individual” , but unlike what is stated in eBay help, I have no “Edit” button next to the account type. I already started a listing to see whether the conversion would be offered to me when putting the item up for sale, but that is not the case either. I would prefer to convert this account rather than create a new one, especially because my email address is already associated with this account . Does anyone know how to do the conversion on eBay France currently? Thank you for your help

Set up shipping costs for Europe

Hello, for some items that I sell, I choose a Mondial Relay preset with €0 in France and €7.90 in Europe. Except that some countries do not use Mondial Relay and so when I have a sale for example in Ireland, I cannot choose a Mondial Relay shipping label via Ebay, so I am forced to send it by my own means, in this case Colissimo for €14.99. I would like to change the options so that a buyer compatible with Mondial Relay can buy a shipping label at a good price directly on Ebay and only pay €7.90, and that a buyer who is not compatible pays €14.99. Thanks

Hello everyone, I don't know if anyone can help me, but I'm asking my question on the off chance, because eBay is apparently unable to advise me... So, I am registered as a pro seller, but I have just stopped my business and my company has been dissolved. According to eBay, it is not possible to turn a pro account into a personal account. I could close my account, but I'm annoyed to lose my feedback history... An eBay adviser (by phone) told me to keep my account as it is. But that answer doesn't satisfy me because my details no longer reflect reality (the company no longer exists, I no longer have a VAT number ....). Could someone on this forum advise me?
