Hello, so here’s my problem: I sold a video game, and I clearly stated in the listing “shipping via Mondial Relay only.” Anyway, the only delivery option was Mondial Relay, and I pay the shipping costs. The buyer places the order, chooses his Mondial Relay point, I send the order, the order arrives at the Mondial Relay point chosen by the buyer, I send a message to the buyer telling him that it’s all good, his parcel is available at the pickup point, so far no problem. But the buyer tells me that the address isn’t right, that he made a mistake and gives me his home address, even though the parcel has already arrived at Mondial Relay... To this day the parcel is still at the pickup point, I’ve clearly understood that he’s never going to go get it... But the worst part is that today he’s filing a dispute against me... even though it’s completely his fault if he didn’t “receive” his order, since he didn’t go pick up the parcel at Mondial Relay... How is this going to play out? I provided eBay with all the proof, screenshots of the Mondial Relay tracking, the messages, etc.
