Enable the option to sponsor listings?

Hello everyone,
When I publish an announcement, it’s impossible for me to add a sponsorship percentage. The ad doesn’t seem to be working. Could someone tell me how to enable this option? Thanks in advance for your help.

Could someone tell me how to enable this option?

In the sponsorship section, on the right you need to turn the little pill blue so that the choice for the sponsorship rate appears.

Thanks for your feedback. I looked through the whole page carefully, but nothing indicates how to enable this option to launch a priority campaign or a general campaign. This feature doesn’t appear at the bottom when creating the listing.
For your information, the addition of items to my account is recent and so far I only have two sales.

check with customer service because it’s possible that something is "sticking" on your different accounts because of their personal status:

I'm following up on my last post because, actually, you didn't do what was needed.

Start by clicking on the campaign type you want to run (priority or general), and then the steps to follow are explained in detail.
