non-paying client: how to cancel the sale without being penalized
Good evening, a customer hasn’t paid within 4 days despite follow-ups. I put the item back on sale as soon as it was resold, but the sale from the person who didn’t pay doesn’t get cancelled. Could you please tell me 1: how to cancel this sale without being penalized in my performance 2/ how to give them a red flag? Thanks for your replies

After that, the buyer will receive a warning and will be blocked from buying from most sellers if they do it again..
