The buyer already paid the amount, including shipping costs, the day before yesterday and
now the buyer is asking for an in-person handover, saying to
lower the price.
I can’t sell for less than the current price because I have to pay eBay’s commission.
In addition, the buyer has already paid the €12 shipping fee.
Can I cancel this transaction, or
is it better to ask the buyer to cancel it?
I would like to know about the commission: if I cancel,
do I have to pay the commission (the 20% fee)
or even if she cancels, do I still have to pay the fee?

It's better if the cancellation comes from the buyer.
Then repost the listing offering local pickup.
