An eBay representative informed me that there were promotions on final value fees every Friday and that they lasted for 3 days. Has anyone ever seen these promotions? Thanks for your replies.

You’ll receive an email from ebay when you’re eligible for this kind of promo (don’t ask what the conditions are: only ebay knows and it has never communicated about it).
On the other hand, this only concerns private individuals, and one might be surprised, given your username and your activity (cf successful sales), that you registered as such on the site...
