Hello,
I am currently in the process of creating a listing on eBay and I would like to include several choices for my buyers. However, I am running into a few difficulties and I was wondering if someone could help me.
Could someone guide me step by step on how to create a listing with multiple options? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you could share.
Thanks in advance!

if I were you, I’d avoid drawing attention with too many listings of new items sold as a private seller

think about the shadow you can cast over pro sellers, ebay is not the land of the Care Bears and the competition is ruthless

To add to what @frelonverre told you, you should take a close look at this link----> Dropshipping | economie.gouv.fr
That is certainly important for what comes next for your activities on the site....
and then... giving the origin of your products' brand would also be a sign of your reliability as a seller (which, incidentally, is what professionals who sell the same brands do...)
Kind regards
