OP1 year agoA process had to be put in place to comply with DAC7. In the EU, the collection of information is centralized by eBay GmbH. The information is then transmitted to the French tax authorities.
What should or should not be pre-filled in (to be checked) is the total amount sold declared via DAC7 across all platforms in the event that a sales threshold is exceeded.

that’s forgetting a bit too quickly that gmbh is no longer Europe

·1 year agowell, I'm not far off from a screw-up, as a friend pointed out to me, so ebay gmbh is in Germany, therefore in the EU and so I made a mistake
