Indeed, he tells me he can't pay because
The seller doesn't deliver to your address, change your delivery address or contact them to ask for another delivery option.
Yet for shipping I set it to: worldwide.
I'm lost, thank you for your help

Worldwide is not on some listings and you are not offering adequate shipping fees
