Should I apply the EPR to my listings?

Hello,

I am a professional and I sell refurbished computers on eBay.

I do not sell new equipment and I would like to know whether I still need to apply the regulations concerning extended producer responsibility (EPR) to my listings.

Hello,

Unless I’m mistaken, this applies to you because you use packaging to send your items (boxes, paper, etc).

Every trade has its specifics and also its "waste"... it's not really easy to answer you with a yes or no...

(I think it would be better to indicate it and do what’s necessary... see what your waste actually is,..)
