Shipping to the Canary Islands
Hello,
I haven't enabled international shipping in my listings, I don't really understand how it works.
However, someone is asking me for the cost of shipping to Tenerife in the Canary Islands for one of my items, and I can't find anything on this subject, except that apparently Mondial Relay delivers in Spain but not on the island.
Can someone help me and tell me what to do?

·1 year agoI sent a tracked letter in 2024 to the Canary Islands, I got it sent back because there was no CN23...

From there, it's up to you to choose another carrier.
Be aware that for the Canary Islands, there are customs formalities (CN23)

·1 year agoAlright, thanks, though I shipped parcels to the Canary Islands in 2024 and again last week without customs forms and I didn't have any problems. My Post office even told me they weren't needed. We'll see...

you can perfectly well have sent items without CN23 that arrived without any problem. It’s just that they weren’t checked.
As for your post office, it would be good if they at least did a minimum of checking...
