Hello,
I need to send an item to Croatia.
Yesterday morning I created a Colissimo shipping label (€18.80, that’s very expensive), and despite the message telling me it would appear soon or that I would receive it in my email inbox... still nothing.
I see there’s a button "cancel and buy a new label"...
So I’m tempted to try it, but I’m afraid I’ll have to pay shipping costs twice...
In your opinion, if I cancel the shipment, will I get a refund?

Bonus question: is there a way to block or offer special shipping fees for these distant European countries that aren’t served by Mondial relay and are expensive?

shipping costs are paid by the buyer, Mondial relay abroad is delivered by Hermes, it's not expensive but it's not great

It says that if I cancel the sale I have to pay 10% of the transaction price to ebay
Except that last time I had a phone operator who told me it was an automatic message for auctions but that since I was selling directly, actually this 10% wasn’t charged to me... even though the site says it is
In your opinion, was she just blowing smoke?
(just to clarify, I’m not a pro)

"It says that if I cancel the sale" = your question is about canceling the shipping slip, and not the order (read the link again)... you mustn't mix them up: they are 2 distinct things.
