Advertising fees for a product without sponsorship

Hello,Well, it keeps taking advertising fees from me for example, I just made a sale for €300, transaction fees €34 plus advertising fees €43.30. Even though the product I just sold, I don't do any advertising so no sponsoring, who should I contact to file a complaint, this is the third order this has happened on, that's a lot of losses so I would really like a solution thank you Order [Reference]

Only customer support will be able to tell you more, as they have access to your sponsorship settings.

On your end, if this is the 3rd time this has happened, also check your sponsorship campaign.

To contact customer support, go to the site help, type in "sponsorship" and you'll have a contact link at the bottom of the page.

I have campaigns that got created automatically in Italy, Spain, etc... Even though I never did that.
The person on the phone tells me that's impossible.
Well, it's no big deal, I disabled all those companies.
